Unboxing my new Axolotl!

Here's a video of me opening up a parcel containing my newest pet - an axolotl!

He/she is really small and only 2cm from nose to tail. This is a baby Golden Albino Axolotl and is around 12 weeks old. It may be difficult to see on the video, but the body is golden yellow and the gills are red - in my opinion the most striking of the axolotl colours.

I bought this axolotl from Gwen at The Walking Fish - I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy an axolotl.

    Ahhh, fun I want to get one but I'm having a hard time piking what colour to get

    Where do I start! First off your hamster tank is much to small, as is your Axolotl's. The water level is too low. When it's older the Axolotl may accidentally eat the gravel and cause many problems that will result in death. Please do research before you buy a pet.
